At The Mome Nursing Collection, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your new wardrobe. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit for your motherhood journey, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are free from nursing pads, stains, or odors.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
